Beautiful, gold, wooden framing.

This painting spans over 12 years. I did the Native American portrait many years ago. After living in Belize I decided to reinvent this piece. I pulled it out and completely reworked around the portrait influenced by Mayan elements and people of Central America.

Needle Kiss is the Creole word for Dragonfly and as well as representing transformation is also said to be the consort of Ixchel. the Mayan Goddess of healing.
