Bali 2009 Registration Form:
March 4-11th, 2009
Upon completion and submission of this form you will receive a BALI 2009 email confirmation within 72 hours from ARCANGELO PRODUCTIONS beginning March 1st 2008.
TUITION for BALI RETREAT 2009 with ANAHATA is $2,700.00
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT:
All participants are required to pay a minimum of a $1,000.00 registration fee. You may choose to select only the mimimum payment at this time or you may select all of the total $2,700.00 tuition at this time.
The remaining balance will be charged to the number on file on December 1st 2008, unless you prefer to make advance payments or cancellations have been made. Please contact Stacey Friedman at arcangeloproductions@gmail to set up alternate payment options.

Cancellation Policy:
A $500 non-refundable fee will apply if a cancellation is made before Dec 1, 2008, the remainder of your initial deposit will be returned to the card number provided. CANCELLATIONS MADE AFTER DEC. 1ST 2008 WILL ONLY RECEIVE A 50% REFUND.
(Paid registrations may be transferable to another person if you are unable to attend)
This form is automatically sent to Arcangelo Productions. You will be charged once your spot has been confirmed to avoid overbooking.
Arcangelo Productions will email you a copy of your registration receipt within 72 hours.
We strongly recommend that you take out travelers or trip cancellation insurance to protect yourself in the event you are unable to attend. Please, consult your travel agent as to the details and coverages available. No refunds will be made for any portion of the trip that is offered and not participated in. No refunds for anyone who does not attend the workshop for any reason and has not applied for a refund 90 days prior to the start of the workshop. No refunds will be made for any missed meals or missed day trips.
We reserve the right to cancel any workshop. If the workshop is cancelled by the company for any reason, applicants will receive a full refund.
We are providing high quality workshops, but cannot guarantee satisfaction for each student. (Though there has never been any complaints at any of Anahata's retreats) Therefore, there are no refunds once class begins.
You will be emailed a registration confirmation within 72 hours.
Supply list, things to bring, trip information, travel tips, shuttle info etc will be up-to-date and sent in June 2008.

Hey gang. Please feel free to email me about anything related to the workshops. I am happy to answer questions and concerns, etc. I will also be doing some materials problem solving in the next few months to make travel as easy as possible for everyone. I may request a kit fee but I will avoid this if at all possible. Also please understand that I will not be directly processing your registrations.
